Kadi Kokoi is the current sitting president of NACI since its inception in 2020. Her commitment to the betterment of the Chadian cause has led her to undertake this role and work along the organization’s founding fathers to establish key tenets of this enterprise. Kadi is known for her zeal and passion for operational excellence; over the next couple of years, she has pledged to prioritize fostering an efficient environment where progress can be championed, and networking can thrive.
Kadi’s professional career has focused on business process engineering and operations optimization as she assumed various roles with LexisNexis’ Legal & Professional division of Reed Elsevier. In her current role as operations’ lead, she closely works with process improvement and analytics teams to implement new software & platforms and deliver valued insight to enhance senior leadership decision-making. Before joining LexisNexis, Kadi has spent several years at Oracle in their Customer Value Management division to conduct process benchmarking and establish industry best practices.
Kadi has earned a B.S in Accountancy, an M.B.A. in Finance, and a Master of Science in Applied Econometrics from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio. During her college years, she has also served as graduate teaching assistant for statistics and supply chain management undergraduates. In her spare time, Kadi enjoys traveling the world and spending time with family & friends.
